Techniques

In my treatments I use a combination of techniques:

• Deep Massage, which includes some or all of the following
• MET/PNF Muscle Energy Technique / Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
• STR - Soft Tissue Release
• NMT - Neuro-muscular Technique
• CTM - Connective Tissue Massage
• Friction - cross fibre work including ligaments and tendons
